  My daughter went previously to Macquarie university aquatic center and now going to Sydney Olympic aquatic center , staff who ever I approached in Macquarie aquatic were polite and friendly and here in Sydney Olympic aquatic most of the staff don’t even bothered to know our question and they answer rudely...

  Great location, plenty of parking, huge area, different size pools for all abilities... The management is very helpful and offer great costumer service. There's was not enough parent toilets or change rooms (for parents) and hygiene was a bit on the lacking side. Other thing... please build an area just for toddlers and babies in nappies... most of the times we have been there, the pools with slides and rapids were closed because some kid poop in the pool.

  Very nice and fun place with all the different types of pools, just love it. it would be even more fun if we could use the competition pools as being visitors.

  My main concern is people at customer service should be pleasant and treat everyone with equality not with anger, arrogance and insult just because the other person is brown skin. Everyone has their self respect which should not be damaged.

  Lots of fun for the individual or whole family. Kids will go crazy here with plenty to keep them entertained. Fully equipped gym, many different pools & a small food outlet. Plenty of parking & very close to the station. A little busy on weekends, especially during the hotter months. Large outdoor area to catch some rays if that’s your thing.

  4hr free parking ✔ price family friendly ✔ family change rooms huge and well set up. Water warm and inviting. No complaints at all, fantastic spot!
