  Security was good and efficient. Everything ran smoothly. Seats are comfotable. They need to ensure more food outlets are open to cater for the numbers at big concerts.

  Amazing venue!! Awestruck with their lighting and sound arrangements. Perfect venue for any professional events. We went their for School Spectacular. It's going to have Russell Peter show there soon. Quite accessible from station and all day parking is just 25$. Can't go any better.

  Basketball was awesome. Had to check in a bag that was more than 30cm in size, had to tip out the kids water outside. To get into the venue it took 45 min to get through, allow lots of time. Security also very abrupt and rude and said the rule changes were emailed to everyone, not the case when you purchase mobile tickets, the changes to security to security and bags were not on the terms and conditions. Very inconsistent by security on rules, people with umbrellas and large bags inside. After tipping out the water I was told that there would be free water fountain inside but there was a massive line to get water in the one tap for 7500 people which meant we almost missed the start of the game. So far very rubbish experience. Try to limit bags and only bring unopened water with you or an empty bottle to fill inside.

  Stood in a line only to have me and my partners bags checked. Mine was fine for some reason and hers not.... had to join a second line for the cloak room. Then rejoin the bag inspection line. And found ourselves late into the show. We arrived to the place 30min early.

  Venue was poorly managed. Everyone didn’t really know what to do on arrival.

  Just a bit of friendly advice for the shows out in here. Maybe on the tickets advise what we cannot bring into the venue. This will save us all time.

  Got into the parking early, had a quick snack then into event. Easy access with helpful staff. Seats comfy enough. Hard not to get a bad seat; ours were great! Short wait to pay for parking but lots of shortish lines. Thought getting out of car park would be hard but in b reality only took 15 minutes so overall quite straight forward experience.
